Open Arms is offering free community workplace education. This program will give employees the tools they need to know what to do when they
encounter someone who has experienced or is experiencing domestic violence or sexual violence.

Topics include:

  • Domestic violence and sexual violence explanations
  • Statistics
  • Impact on survivors
  • Signs in the workplace
  • Strategies on how to intervene in the workplace
  • Tips on how to support survivors

The program also introduces Open Arms as a valuable community resource for those who are affected by domestic violence or sexual violence.
The presentation takes approximately an hour to complete but is customizable to meet your workplace’s needs.
