Open Arms provides mobile advocacy services throughout Hancock County for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Mobile Advocates help connect survivors with other programs and services to overcome barriers.
Mobile advocacy is survivor-focused that allows greater customization of services to more diverse populations. Advocates provide flexible meeting locations for services rather than survivors having to come to us for services. Advocates meet survivors where they are-in a safe location of the survivor’s choice and connect them with resources and help.
Mobile advocates provide case management, safety planning, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, transportation, and linkage to community resources to ensure the survivor’s basic needs are met.
Connect with an advocate now via our 24-hour hotline, call or text 419-422-4722.
